Latin is the closest.
Spanish, Italian and French are quite close because derive from Latin.
(By "close" I only mean that there are a lot of words with Greek roots in all the above-mentioned languages)
German comes from Proto-Germanic (also called Common Germanic), it’s not close to Greek).
None is closer than the others. Greek is the only member of the Hellenic subgroup of the Indo-european language family. Italian, Latin, Spanish and French are all members of the Romance group, while German is a member of the Hellenic group.
