New Chance. I looked all over the internet and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I don't want those symbols or those greek letters or whatever they are, I would like letters used from the English alphabet.. For example the Greek word for "entire" is pan and the greek word of "earth" is Gaia. What I'm looking for is the translation for "new chance" that is similar to how "entire" and "earth" has been translated to "pan" and "Gaia".

Many Thanks>_<

does anyone speak cypriot greek?

if anyone can speak cypriot greek, can they please tell me how you would approximate a spelling in greek, of the phrase that sounds like "indan pwnei re;" meaning "what you saying?"
in cypriot greek there is an expression <<Ίνταν πόνειν ρε;>> it means roughly "hey whatchya sayin?"....but is this the best approximation in greek script??

For example, which letter (or letters) would you substitute for j? There is no j sound in the classic Attic pronunciation of Greek. What would you substitute <<<OR>>> what letter combination would you use to show these sounds? Please help!

Why do we learn about greek gods in English?

Why do we learn about greek gods in English? thx!!<3

How would I convert specific compounds into their formula and vice versa??

examples:
Dichlorine Heptaoxide (<-turned into formula)
P(4)S(3) (<-turned into compound)

I know how to convert it without using the Greek names, so the 'Di', 'Hexi' and 'Tri' are throwing me off.
