I found a self-study book to learn the Greek language, but the book is from the 60's. I heard that Greek underwent a change during the 70's, I believe, and so was wondering, aside from a few obvious anachronisms, if I used this book to learn Greek and went over to Greece, would I be understood and be able to understand others?
