is greek ever written in english alphabet?

I was in math class and my teacher was talking about the greek symbols and how we use them in math and i was wondering if greek words are generally ever written using the normal alphabet?

"normal" alphabet? If any alphabet is "normal" it would be the Greek alphabet considering the alphabet which you type in is derived from that. As for your question… not that I know of. Some English books transliterated Greek words when they are referenced.

Greek can be written using our (roman) alphabet for phonetic reasons. You wouldn’t use one alphabet in place of another in any formal settings.
The short answer is: Yes.
It’s done by a process of transliteration.
If you’re asking if Greeks ever write Greek using the Roman Alphabet, the answer is probably no. Native readers of the roman alphabet are the only people that would ever do that.
