If I spend one hour/day learning Greek online, in how many months will I be able to speak and chat in Greek?

If I learn 20 words everyday , 10 verbs everyday, and learn reading and writing in Greek, how much time will it take for being able to speak with someone, watch a movie,et?
And can you advise me a good website, possibly with audio examples (for prununciation and accent) ?
Do you think 3 months is enough?
Thanks

That is entirely a subjective matter. Each person learns at his/her own pace. I know a woman who is a linguist and gave herself 6 months to learn Greek. She carried a pack of 3/5 cards with her wherever she went. The cards contained Greek words and grammar rules. I know she was having a hard time, not with the words so much, as with the grammar rules. I don’t know if she ever did meet her objective. Do a Yahoo or Wikipedia seach for Greek movies, translations, etc. I found a free site for Korean language with visual/audio flash cards, I’m sure there are Greek sites also.
