Im doing a project on Edith Hamiltons Greek Mythology, and we have to pick three archetypes: Character, Situational, and Sybolic Archetypes, and I have no clue how to write them.

    Pronunciation guide

This pronunciation guide is mainly for English speaking readers. The pronunciation of Greek and Latin words in other languages, such as Dutch or German or Spanish, is quite different. We can expect that the pronunciation of some words will remain highly disputable and we will never get consensus about. The main function of this guide is to give readers at least some idea of how to pronounce the names of the various deities mentioned in this encyclopaedia.

    Study Skills, Essay Writing.

Essays remain an important method of assessment and enable examiners to discriminate between candidates, while also enabling candidates to display the skills and abilities which they possess.

As the essay paper has evolved it has become more demanding with much more emphasis on posing questions which allow candidates to display the higher order skills. Professor Roy Wilkinson of Sheffield University has identified a pyramid of skills which A level examinations try to test.

it’s just a story separated into those 3 subjects

  3. Orthodox_Ted Says:

Character – Man vs. Woman; Human vs. Human/Deity
Situational – "Mother Earth" vs. "Father Zeus"
Symbolic – Persephone and Hades, et al.

There are plenty of stories with these archetypes.
