I want to ask my mom and grandparents this because I only know how to say hi, how are you, and simple stuff like that. They need to share their language with me. But I don't even know how to ask that.:(
Please someone who knows modern (or village) Greek reply. I can read Greek characters ok.

pronounce that
here is 2 different translator
Γιατί δεν μιλάτε σε με στα ελληνικά
If you are talking to both your grandparents:
Γιατί δεν μου μιλάτε στα ελληνικά; – ya-tee then moo mee-la-tay sta ell-een-ee-ka.
If you are asking just one of them:
Γιατί δεν μου μιλάς στα ελληνικά; – ya-tee then moo mee-lass sta ell-een-ee-ka.
Note that, in writing, the Greek question mark looks like an English semi-colon(;)
