greek is a great but rather difficult language
it has rich vocabulary and intersting grammar and a lot of idioms
so if you learn it by a person it would be more easy and it could give you better results
so maybe try taking private courses and nothing will be like greek to you anymore
If you really need to learn Greek, I think it is better to go to Greece and spend some time there
There are good reference books like a LEXICON, Vines works. I have found these to be very helpful. Not a internet guru sorry
Not sure about the web but there is a set of programmes out by Eureka that teach different laguages. One being Greek. Good luck.
