She is not fluent, she seems to know average Greek enough to socialize with people. But you can say she has studied Greek language, as she knows most grammar rules, but she makes some mistakes mostly in the verb tenses and her vocabulary is a bit limited. Her accent is good, she just has that American L. Most Greeks that live in the US pronounce L a bit more stressed. You can watch a decent effort of hers to speak Greek in the following video after 3:05. She understands most of the questions asked to her in Greek; and answers in Greek whenever she can. She only asks for an English translation when the interviewer speaks fast. Note that this interview doesn't seem to have pre-agreed questions she could practice beforehand.

Here's her bio. She's was born in Canada. I'm sure she speaks some Greek, but if she was fluent it would mention it in her bio, more than likely. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0889522/bio
